Ian Vertovec

A Chicago native, Light Iron co-founder Ian Vertovec studied still photography at Southern Illinois University before transitioning to film editing, cinematography, and digital compositing. His work at SIU won him four Regional Emmys. Ian collaborated with director David Fincher and cinematographer Jeff Cronenweth, ASC on The Social Network and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, which were each recognized with ASC and Oscar nominations for Best Cinematography.
