The Role:
We are looking for an organised and detail oriented individual to join our inventory department as an Equipment Resource Coordinator in Greenford, London!
In this role, you'll be responsible for efficient equipment allocation and delivery, working closely with internal and external teams to meet rental demands worldwide.Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimise equipment scheduling for maximum utilization
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill equipment requests
- Identify and resolve equipment shortages, sourcing sub-rentals as needed
- Collaborate with rental and sales teams to anticipate equipment needs
- Manage daily export bookings, prioritizing cost-efficiency and timely delivery
